This paper has addressed the criteria that are used in the educational training of nursing and necessary practices which are required for teaching nurses. In this paper scholar's viewpoints are in favors of academic achievement of the individual nurse but on the same time he ignores the experience as qualification. According to him, the professional advancement of the individual can be owned by nursing scholarship, and this is not a part of nursing job and standard of performance.
