Introduction

Critical analysis is a technique that offers the opportunity to increase effectiveness of any healthcare research, critical analysis requires necessary skills to quickly exclude scientific papers and accept quality important for sufficient methodological quality. It is important to critically evaluate because it helps in defining the ability to verify the validity, approximation to the truth and usefulness of clinical application, however the results of published research and this knowledge will eventually be incorporated into patient care and it will provide better quality of care. I have analysed article named Bio banks and Biomarker Research in Cardiovascular Disease by Frazier it was published in The Journal of cardiovascular nursing, I have made critical analysis of Frazier work

Abstract of article

According to Journal of the Medical Library Association research provides evidence that the physician must match experience and patient preferences for clinical decision-making. Like any subject who makes decisions, the doctor adopts behaviours for every risk level, it consist of all treatments that have side effects as well beneficial, but not manage time become severe tools that result in an imperfect diagnostic it can lead to unnecessarily risk, for example in subjects free of suspected pathology. In these situations, decisions should be based firmly on the weight of the evidence, i.e. on information available at the time.

Frazier (2008) identified that it is preferable not to lose information that has conclusive findings it consider expectation to run the risk of altering the accepting training. Critical analysis also helps doctors, if this thing is not exercised it will result in a time wasting situation, however this article do not have value or proposals it is potentially harmful to human health and patients.

Introduction of article

Frazier introduced this skill into the knowledge of the methodology associated with clinical research. This indicates the need of the acquisition of specific knowledge it is incorporated into the post-graduate degree. Both the physician and the patient benefits from critical analysis. Firstly, for better analysis, it is important to use time, that provides medical care and gives more profit known cases.

I have addressed the critical appraisal of article that appeared in the literature. The typical structure of an article, involve the characteristics of major designs that is used in clinical research, I have compared it with its advantages and disadvantages, I have reviewed the main characteristics of the bias, the evidence of a causal relationship, involve the appropriate selection of statistical tests based on the characteristics and finally variables are listed systematized addressing the important aspect of an article, it must allow the clinician to quickly and sure whether it is useful or not (Frazier 2008).
