Introduction

According to circulating environmental conditions and political scenario, live of human faces two major risks, firstly natural disasters caused by frequent climatic change, and threat of war among countries possessing nuclear plants. However, it has also been believed by different policy makers, environmental analyst and business people first threat is more certain than the second one (Ferguson, 2007).

In addition to this, most of these scholars, also belief that time has come to move forward and conduct deep research for the expansion of the Nuclear energy, as with this there would be considerable reduction in the realizing of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Moreover, there is a risk of nuclear energy getting used in the creation of bombs and other war instrument, but with proper planning and understanding this threats could easily be managed.

In spite of this, certain unexpected events that have taken lives of several people have created hurdles in the progression of this energy, for instance, events that have occurred in Japanese nuclear reactors are literally devastating, and with passage of time can become more worse. Hence, explosion and leaking of radiation is troubling Japanese scientist and engineers, and they are utilizing all human efforts they can in controlling the present situation.

Similarly, disaster of Chernobyl is another unexpected event that has raised certain question, but it is also a fact that this event occurred mainly due to poor thinking of Soviet, and major flaws in the designs of power plant. Whereas, power plant situated In Japan has been tested several times, and is being built under strong protection (Kirichenko et al, 2012).
