Introduction

Marijuana is psychoactive agent derived from varieties of hemp, which contains the greatest amount of substance (cannabis). The debate is not entirely new: since the 90's began discussions about the possibility of legalizing the production and consumption of Marijuana. In perspective of war of Americans on drugs, marijuana is considered as the largest enemy. Tobacco and alcohol are two life taking substances yet legal in America than why not Marijuana.

Despite the disturbing subject of conversation, debate on the legalization of Marijuana is boring, because all the arguments on both sides we have long known. These are some good reasons reasons to legalize Marijuana

For the first time in U.S. history, the majority of residents (56%) say "Yes!" Drugs. Well, it's not that these people will use, but support the legalization of marijuana.

Young people prefer "grass" regular cigarettes: a large study showed last year that 23% of teenagers in the last month before the survey, smoked marijuana at least once. Cigarettes smoked by 5 percent less of the respondents.

Marijuana is not as harmful as cigarettes. In general, the most reputable study confirms that the "grass" does not cause lung cancer, does not cause mental illness and does not lead to death (Rittenhouse, 430).
