Introduction

Myeloproliferative Neoplasms is a condition that emerged from the marrow stem cells. Clonal proliferation is a component in the bone marrow and in several cases it is present in the spleen and liver, as well. The Non-Leukaemic disorders are classified as follows:

1Polycythaemia vera (PV);

2Essential thrombocythaemia (ET); and

3Primary myelofibrosis.

Discussion

The Non-Leukaemic Myeloproliferative disorders are related to each other very closely. Such diseases are characterised by clonal abnormalities.
