Nominal Group Process is an extremely efficient technique of ensuring the participation of everyone in a problem solving discussion (Levi, 2010). This process involves balanced participation in which everyone is given equal chance to propose a solution for the discussion. The idea of brainstorming and jotting down all the points that come to the mind proves an effective way of gathering possible remedial strategic options (Silberman, 2004).
