Occupational hazards related to noise are a really big problem from centuries for the workforce. Like all the other segments this area is also being explored recently a great deal for making the overall working conditions for the workforce secure. A very devastating finding which has been reflected in numerous studies has shown that there is a huge population of baby boomers which are currently experiencing hearing losses due to their work place exposures (Zhan, 2010). Another very rear thing to be noted at this point is that these individuals are also found as being hesitant when it comes to look for hearing aids (Trads and Glasscock, 2006). The case which is part of discussion in this paper is also considering an individual of almost same age group (currently in his 50s). The following discussion is going to give an overlook of some relevant discussion which will be based on precision and an in depth discussion which is going to be supported with Evidence and Logics.

Noise is the term used for expressing sound results which are in the form of pressure changes in air due to vibration. Excessive exposure of noise, which is as a result of a recreational of industrial recreational origin, is able to results in the form of hearing loss. The factors which might result hearing loss depends can be like; loudness, frequency and durations. Although, the hearing loss might be due to two different kinds of situations which are;
