Introduction

Life is beautiful! To enjoy each and every pleasure of life is the privilege right of an individual. There are few factors that impede an individual to enjoy each pleasure that this world or this life offers. One such factor is financial aspect or financial condition of the people. The unavailability of finance snatches away one of the most important right that is education. Getting education is one of the basic rights of human beings. Education is something that causes its impact on the whole life of an individual. In order to spread and provide education many social workers, NGO's and government take many steps. These steps are aimed to make the provision of education to the children of poor people so that no child would be left behind to get access to this basic right of education. One such step that has shown remarkable impact and has got the attention of many is no child left behind Act. The aim and objective of this paper is to talk about this Act from a particular perspective. This particular perspective is mentioned in the problem statement.

Problem Statement

The main objective and purpose of this research is to explore the impact that the Act of no child left behind is causing. The research question for this research can be put forwarded as follows:

Explanation of Problem Statement

No child left behind is an act that was passed for the provision of education to all and to create equality in the educational field. In order to provide education to those who cannot afford good schooling and to maintain the literacy level of the country the government spends a mammoth amount on such programs. It's not only the government that spends mammoth amount but there are also various NGO's and other private organizations that work for social welfare charity good amount to different programs that run under the umbrella of no child left behind. There are a number of young and educated girls and boys and even men and women and teachers who volunteer themselves and give their time and energy in different programs of no child left behind. So, the problem is that where our government, NGO's and different individuals paying so much attention, energy and resources in various programs then it is essential that we should track its progress. In order to track hat our resources, energy and time are being utilized in a right way or not it is essential to explore the effectiveness or the impact that such programs are creating. It is important to research about the impact of the no child left behind act because it would tell us whether to continue this program or not, whether amendments are required or not and whether this program should be expanded or not.
