The Government's frame breaking change proposals has certainly been welcome to improve information across the NHS and support the need for more accessible, relevant, and useful information it is vital that they ensure that patients and their careers are given adequate and appropriate information throughout their patient journey particularly when they are diagnosed, when leaving hospital and when considering their palliative care options.
