Introduction
Technology and innovation play an important role in strengthening the competitive capabilities of all businesses, including small firms, and in differentiating them from their less innovative and technologically savvy counterparts.
Technology's impact on health care is noted in the use of health care beyond the clinic or hospital setting. With the expansion of the capabilities of technology involvement in health care and the increased positive outcomes for all the patients affected by the use of technology and the improved patient care. The term telemedicine is used to describe multiple technology systems and programs within use in the medical field. Definition of telemedicine, the use of medical information exchanged from one site to another via electronic communications for the health and education of the patient or healthcare provider and for the purpose of improving patient care. Telemedicine includes consultative, diagnostic, and treatment services. In this paper I will discuss a technology that after being commercialized will immensely contribute to the health sector and people to maintain their health.

I understand innovation as a process of converting a solution to a problem or need a creative idea. A business, that designs a delivery of a product usually has to go to a store and is at home or modify their systems of work to get closer to the customer, positively surprise and notify you that requires your oil change car, for example. The innovative organization characterized by its ability to channel creative contributions to make them useful results for the market, the internal quality or productivity.
A student in Health Sciences from MIT, Harvard worked on a system that measures the pulse, respiration and blood pressure through a mirror, allowing real time monitoring of health of people at risk.
