This report examines the leading brands of photocopier that exists in Australia. It was identified that the popularity of the brand is not at all valuable if the promotions about the brand is improper. This technology is widely accepted in the accounting firms as it is cost effective, saves time, improves the productivity and it is highly admirable for revenue generation. It was identified that Fuji Xerox is one of the leading brand in Australia. This brand will be effective for the revenue generation of our accounting firm. As it is one of the reliable and cost saving brands amongst the popular photocopier across the globe.

Introduction

In the office environment the new technology is of prime interest. It was stated that the photocopier machine is safer than the calculator. It was noted that firms that are specialized in photocopy machines they represents one of the largest category. It was noted that these firms have accounting for 17% of all employees and the sales of the company was about $512.2 million. They had other categories included in the machines such as copying equipments and cash registrations. It also involves automatic teller machines that perform the functions automatically. The other segments in the machine include accounting, adding and calculating machines (Michigna, 2013, pp.1). There are three most renowned brands of photocopier that are important for an accounting firm. It includes Fuji Xerox, Richo and Canon. These three brands are world-famous and perform the accounting functions automatically (Fuji Xerox, 2013, pp.1).

When we have to select brand for our accounting firm the name of Fuji Xerox is of prime importance as it is the most famous brand that exists all over the world (Fuji Xerox, 2013, pp.1).
