Key personnel

The key personnel in the show would include the following:

Producer

The job of the producer is basically the tasks of coordination and planning, budgeting, recording and post production for the development of the music program, manages and provides the necessary human and technical resources to achieve the objectives of the music program (Waddell, Ray, 2011).

Host of the Program

The presenter or the host of the music program is someone who runs the music program of entertainment with the public, keeping on hand or in the mind of the ladder program prepared by the director (Waddell, Ray, 2011). In total 20 people to run the show's taping. We must also take into account the whole team needed to assemble the dish: carriers, electricians, warehouse, responsible for providing and addressing the audience.

Basic technical equipment

The technical equipment necessary to run the program is as follows:
