My patient has a history of progressive weakness of right hand. Neurological examination reveal wasting of interossei with 3/5 weakness in finer adduction and abduction. His Abductor pollicis brevis (muscle of hand toe) was also weak. His sensory examination found to be normal but the reflexes are reduced in right arm.
