The company was founded by Henri Nestle in the year of 1866 and is the leading wellness, health and nutrition company in today's world. Since 2010, organization face serious HR challenges that creates problems in management operation. Communication barrier, Conflicts among department and Compensation issue are some leading problems that organization employee face recently which directly linked to organization HR practices. This report will seeks what different practice Nestle UK should take to overcome this issue because employees are considered as the asset of the organization, it is essential to train them appropriately. Motivating them is also necessary to enhance the productivity.

One of the major problems that arise due to role conflict is the disagreement among department which results in the imbalance of power in the organization. Employee become discriminate that Nestle UK favour mostly to Sales department in terms of benefits (salary, bonus and allowance) as compare with Manufacturing or Marketing. Allowances, such as, mobile and fuel allowance, increment in salaries, team leader is the form on the basis of promotions, and cash bonuses are the different kinds of rewards given to only Finance employees by Nestle UK. According to Stevens et.al, (2012) Role conflict becomes even severe if the conflicting parties are in contact with each other of working in the same department or for the same cause.
