Role of Neonatal Nursing

The primary responsibility is to care for neonatal nurses newborns. After delivery, the first few weeks may be crucial, for babies born prematurely. Thus, taking proper care and ensuring that the newborn gets facilities and essential medicines are the duty of neonatal nurses. A neonatal nurse can give you lots of job satisfaction and is financially rewarding too.
