Negotiation is a process of communication between Anthony and a union member Joseph in order to reach an agreement on a particular issue. The agreement between Anthony and Joseph should be achieved through mutual satisfaction of interests. Even though negotiation is also a process of interaction between people, the agreement is the main purpose why people start to negotiate. In order for negotiation to be successful, the resolutions it achieves should satisfy all the participants.
