Introduction

The employees of the organisations are the major assets of any organisation. The organisation has to make sure that its employees are competent, well trained, satisfied and properly guided so that they give their best performance. However, in many of the organisations, training and developing the human resource as well as developing effective leaders is not considered as crucial for the success of the organisation. Yet, recent research and practices has determined that the role of effective human resource management is essential for developing good leaders and an efficient human resource for the organisation's success. Proper human resource practices are a source of motivation for the employees which is important if a company wants to develop quality human resource. All performances, whether small or big, require motivation and once an individual gains motivation he or she can perform the task in a remarkable manner. Proper human resource practices, effective leadership and selection of appropriate automated systems assists in improving the performance of the employees and enhance overall productivity of the organisation.

The research conducted by Pence demonstrates the appropriate and effective outsourcing activities which are described as the strengths of the leadership and assists the leaders in communicating the objectives and goals to the employees. The research also demonstrates the importance of the role of human resource as major partners of the leaders' efforts for the success of the organisation (Pence, 2010, pp. 34-128). With the changing world of business, drastic increase in the competition and the diminishing economy, the organisations are trying hard to survive and come up with strategies to become successful in such environment. The leaders and management of the organisations are striving to save money, maximize the profits through jobs, departments or services. The major aim of the research article is to analyze, understand and explore the impact of outsourcing of HR on the development of leadership, as well as the commitment of the employees. The major aim of this selected research is the generation of the greater interest and understanding in the future research into the increasing phenomenon of the outsourcing of HR as an effective program for meeting the goals of the organisation all the while strengthening the alliances between employees and leadership (Pence, 2010, pp. 34-128).
