Introduction

Nature is an immensely broad phenomenon on which discussion can be done. In a nutshell, it can be said that nature basically pertains how someone perceives world, what human beings are and what they ought to be. Many experiences, learning, beliefs and most importantly philosophical awareness led me to develop my own personal conception of nature. In my notion, nature means a set of different qualities and traits that formulates current behavior of an individual and different desires and wishes suggests future behavior. This behavior or way of leading life and handling things depicts what this person is and his desires and wishes depicts what he wants to be. As different individuals have different qualities and traits they tend to portray different behavior and ultimately they have different nature (Charles, 1982).

Another perspective of my ideology of nature is that whatever an individual is today must do some good for this world and whatever he wants to be in the future must show the continuum of concept of betterment of the world. There are scores of factors that constitute nature for instance: characteristics or traits of an individual, moods, feelings, emotions, behaviors and various other environmental and social factors. In order to do well for the world it is indispensible that all these factors should be present in the nature of an individual in a positive way. If these factors are positive only then an individual would be able to conduct his behavior in a positive way and ultimately would be contributing his part in the betterment of the world. Role of environmental factors is vital in influencing the behavior of an individual. Instincts and behavior of others also have great affect on the behavior of an individual. These phenomena also affect an individual's ability to portray a positive behavior and having a positive nature.

Nurture is theoretically and practically dominated by the requirement to support different children in their development and to promote it. What is the gender of the child, from which country they are, what is the social status of the parents and whether they are healthy or sick. These are the causes for preferential treatment or discrimination. Our nurture system certainly has much room for improvement and this demand should drive the demands of organizations of teachers, parents and students, as well as all citizens who understand that nurture is an investment essential for a future fairer society (Wilhelm, 1979).

Nurture is conditioned by economic and social system, but at the same time, one of the factors that initiate social change. In nurture, diversity and inequality acquire a special significance for two reasons: because it affects school-age population, and as an area from which it is possible to influence, positively or negatively on them.
