Introduction

Infrastructure development holds an integral importance in developing the economic and environmental structure. Gone were the days, when constructing a residential colony is the most time consuming process of all. Now, things have been changed and we have the latest and most modern technology to build the state of the art personas. We have the digging machine as well as the modern excavators. In olden days, if they can build the Pyramids of Egypt with scare resources, then we can also construct a most modern residential colony with all the facilities and luxuries provided in order to maximize the profit as well as pay our contribution towards the well being of the society. On the other hand projects are completed in months instead of years, long and lengthy planning structures are replaced by the technological tolls of project management like Microsoft Project management.

Discussion

The northern end of I-575 the residential site has a competitive advantage on all others i.e. the residents always want a location which is open to the environment and free from any noise and pollution. Therefore, for this kind of location we can ask our own price. We can architect the housing scheme in a manner that people would not only love to have our name on their gates but they will also be delighted from our luxurious services.

The major area of this study includes an in-depth analysis of the environmental, social and economic aspects of the metro region. Being a geographer, I can better give a brief understanding of the project because in this project we would link the economic and social aspect of the project with the human life and society. It is not only my responsibility to brief and link all the concepts of society, culture and environment with human life but it reflects in the construction of our new project at the northern end of I-575. These developments would have a greater affect on the environmental, social and economic aspects of a metro region.

Economically, the local residents of the area would have the chance to earn bread for their family from the construction from this project we can serve the less fortunate members of the society by providing them the occupation. This would ultimately benefit us in a manner that we can have cheap labor for our project. On the other hand, we can also utilize this manpower for the future requirements of our project. Economically, a development activity would bring more investors and business and benefits both of us. We earn employees at the same cost and they earn bread from the same source.

The environmental planning plays a major role in developing a project. It is not only the project development which matters the most, it is the planning which highlights the competitive advantage.
