Introduction

An environment is a combination of all the physical conditions that may influence the development and growth of an individual, government, community, society, organisation, activist and other stakeholders too. Everything that exists in the surrounding considering any inanimate object of intrinsic cultural or social values are all environmental influences (Sutton, W.P., 2007, pp. 18-30).

According to the human-centred perspective the environmental issues may lie in two categories: Biotic (living) and Abiotic (non-living). The environmental issues can be harmful for a human due to any negative human activity in the biophysical environment. There many types of environmental issues considering the pollution, global warming, resource depletion, land degradation, environmental degradation, overpopulation, impacts over reservoirs etc. All the government organisations keep an eye over the environmental issues at international, nation or regional level for any harmful actions carried out by human activities (Sutton, W.P., 2007, pp. 18-30).

According to the stakeholders perspective it is stated that almost all the activities falling under environmental issues confronts the society and organisations. The most harmful issue that will be discussed is the pollution that has been a big environmental issue that every individual wishes to get rid of it. The affect of pollution is a major environmental issue that affects the green life of the society. The impacts for reducing and usage of this environmental issue will be discussed in detail because the planet earth is the only planet for a living thing to survive so to keep a clean and green environment is necessary. The policies being used over this issue will be discussed for any evidences or claims that have been highlighted by an individual or an organisation. Every stakeholder has a problem with the environmental issues and to overcome it their objections are to be discussed in the detailed context (Ison, S., 2002, pp. 25-56).

Discussion

A stakeholder defines an individual or a group that has a direct interest over the decision making and actions carried out by the organisation. An environmental issue can be disastrous for all the stakeholders in a society or organisation. A stakeholder generally consists of owners (shareholders), board of directors, government (agencies), community, employees, suppliers, creditors, unions and the consumers (Ison, S., 2002, pp. 25-56).

The impact of environmental issues will reflect to these stakeholders according to their nature of work. Pollution itself is a very big category involving many types of contaminants. It is a devastating evolution in the phase of such expanding globalization. It contains either naturally occurring substances or by any human activity. There are many categories of pollution but the major types are air, water, land, noise, radioactive and thermal pollution. It is a global threat for the whole environment and the issue affects all the stakeholders in a country (Ison, S., 2002, pp. 25-56).
