Why was the research performed?

 This research article seems to be extremely important and relevant to my research because it provides an in depth idea about substance users and the underlying problems related with the use of substances.

Findings

 The authors have talked about the behavioral consequences and the basic health problems that arise with the use of alcohol and narcotics (Antonis & Katerina, 2011).

Strengths

 The criminal offences that are related to narcotics and alcoholic anonymous members within Greece also remain the basic subject of this article.

Weaknesses

 No solutions to the problems prevailing in the narcotics anonymous were provided.

Implications for Practice

 I have selected this article to be included within my research mainly because it provides an in depth analysis of all the substance use related behavior. The research was conducted in Greece and I would be able to gain an idea about how the alcoholic anonymous and narcotics anonymous are being dealt with in other countries.

To elaborate about the significance of having a desire to quit the dangerous habit of drugs.

Findings

 The authors believe that all the addicts essentially know who they are and what drugs they are using. There is an ever increasing trend of drugs within the society revealing the underlying consequences of some serious issues going around (Bill, 2005).

Strengths

 Narcotics anonymous are essentially important and readily available for the people who need help in this regard.

Weaknesses

 No proper recommendations are provided regarding the best practices to involve the narcotics anonymous in the researches.

Implications for Practice

 I have chosen this article because I believe this provide important insights to my research topic. The authors have talked about the narcotics anonymous being important for the purpose of dealing with the ever growing issue of narcotics.
