When it comes to organizational culture, Google is one of the top names that are mentioned for their state of the art and employee friendly organizational culture. They have a unique culture of their own, which makes the employees of other companies cringe with jealousy. Google did not opt for a typical corporate culture. They wanted to make sure that work does not seem like work; rather it is enjoyable for the employees, so they do not feel burdened and give out their best output to the company. The pictures of the company depict is as the ideal place to work in, as there hardly seems to be any work; it is like an adult play land where one would simply love to go.
