Introduction

The intricate elements of an educational philosophy play a huge role in the successful delivery of education to children. Our program would focus on the delivery of education that strives to enhance the level of learning and growth amongst children. We would implement the concept of playful learning by involving children in different types of plays that enhances their mental capacity. By involving the concept of learning and education simultaneously, a great number of children can be turned into educated individuals on the basis of providing quality education. We would look to base our analysis on the selected five standards (NAEYC, 2013).

Relationships

Relationships form the basis for a successful implementation and effectiveness of an educational program. The program employed by us would enhance the relationship aspect by fostering positive relationships between all children and adults. Having positive relationships in practice would lead to a high degree of belonging and worth among children in the context of society since children would be highly participative because of the natural comfort in the relationship. Children can be turned into responsible community citizens by having a concept of positive relationships in effect (NAEYC, 2013).

We would look to involve the children in an interactive process of communication so that they can be heard and all the problems being faced by them can be addressed in an appropriate manner. Children will be assigned different roles which would build a sense of pride and accountability in children. In addition the personality of a child can be honed according to the environment of the class by involving him in discussions.

Curriculum

Having an appropriate curriculum designed is necessary since the curriculum is the tool which would be relied upon by teachers in the lesson delivery. Effective curriculums are ones that have a high degree of alignment with the educational goals that have been devised for children. A curriculum plays an important role in promoting the learning of children and harnessing their growth on the basis of social, emotional, physical and cognitive factors (NAEYC, 2013).

We would rely on activities that enhance the learning and growth of children. For example, we would allow some flexibility to the teachers on the curriculum to be followed. They can use their own method of teaching the curriculum and modify it provided that such measures enhance the learning and growth of children. The mental development of children can be improved by making them go through diverse situations in the context of a classroom. With an efficient curriculum, teachers would be greatly assisted in their overall process of teaching. Teachers would be allowed to involve the children in game play that enhances their mental capacity and gives them some time off from concentrating on the curriculum all the time. The creative skills in children can be greatly enhanced by a process of self initiated learning (NAEYC, 2013).
