Technology is playing an extremely essential role in the world today, and this is mainly because of the importance it has gained. With regards to business, improvements in technology have been made in various fields which include customer relationship management. Changes in technology with regards to CRM have been made at HSBC in order to bring improvements in the business arena. CRM is a modern business practice widely known and has been implanted in organizations. Leadership has played a major role in influencing the relationship that has been created between the leaders and the people who follow them. Changes are implemented by the leaders and they are being managed well to ensure satisfaction of the customers. It has been revealed that the operational issues with regards to the management that are responsible for customer relationship opts for strategic and operational business perspectives of CRM as well as theory that is implemented. However, at HSBC, there is an operational issue that is associated with customer relationship management and this has been defined as managed processes that are being used to establish interpersonal relationship between the customers as well as the customer service representative (Kandell, pp. 50). The reason why HSBC has implemented CRM is to ensure satisfaction level of the customers by opting for the best strategies. In this area of relationship that is maintained by the company with the customers, management theory as well as practice is implemented. In the previous years, the relationship that was maintained was between the manager and the employees. However, focus has now been laid on maintaining relationship between the company and the customers. CRM is known as the only outlet which is known to the company that can be used to solve customer problems
