Wage Inequality has been increasing in the recent times. Extended trade and immigration plays an important role within the process. Outsourcing remains one of the most important factors that hinder the wage growth of unskilled labors. The policies must be made by United States of America in order to provide more appropriate responses to the wage inequality trend between skilled and unskilled labor.
