Introduction There are many studies conducted on the school setting to test and evaluate students in order to change their behavior and attitude. Multiculturalism education is an important topic and various research books and articles are published to highlight the topic. The study includes four articles highlighting different aspects of multiculturalism education in a school setting. These articles will help us in understanding the prime importance of the topic. Along with theory different practices in the school setting conducted by teachers are of prime area of interest in this study. The study will focus on the role of teachers along with the support of parents to change the perception and attitude of children towards difference associated with people. These differences have a wide range starting from social class, religion, ethnic background, language and race and many other. According to Ferlazzo (2012 )Children are the assets of any nation are considered as an important part of the society. Societies are made of people and belongings, which thrives on the motivation of love, support, unity and brotherhood. Unfortunately, our society is divided into various categories on the basis of culture, social background, class, ethnic background, religion and much other segregation. The further division is based on locations, territories and borders. This geographical location imposes impression on the color, creed and race of humans. People belonging from the upper zone or western and north of the world have brighter complexion. People from plain areas are dark or whitish in complexion. The study suggest Ferlazzo (2012) that all these segregations have a strong impact on the mind of people, especially children. Children are vulnerable and are prone to get by external influences very quickly. Their observation power is very strong and according to psychological theories they create meaning from what they see or observe from their surroundings. Being children they can create right and wrong meanings, on their own interpretation s and understanding. However this must not be true, and the study Ferlazzo (2012 ) suggest that we cannot put all the responsibility on children. The external influences in the form of parents, siblings, friends, teachers, media and many others can pose great impact in developing our understanding. The study focuses on the multiculturalism education. Teachers are considered as a strong pillar in building the personality of a child as they spend much of their time in schools. Teachers have direct and indirect influences in developing the learning capabilities of students. By teaching the syllabus course they help them in understanding the text while indirectly they teach them etiquettes and manners. Eloquence includes the way one is required to show respect and regard for their class mates and teachers and elders.
