Based on distinct notions numerous ideas were conceived on Motivation. Some of the key ideas in motivation are Maslow's hierarchy of desires, Vroom's Valence X Expectancy Theory and McClelland's Theory of Needs.
Maslow's Hierarchy Theory of Needs:
It comprises of five pyramid formed levels. Four smaller grades are grouped and are renowned as physiological desires and the peak grade or the fifth is affiliated with psychological needs. Within each grade should be contacted beginning from the base in alignment to attain the largest level.
