Motivation in Nursing Profession

Introduction

There are several reasons why people choose the career path in Nursing. Several people pursue their career in nursing in order to help others, but from some people this career path is personal. The desires of helping or caring others and to make contribution to the society are considered to be the major motivating factors in this career (Marquis & Huston, 2006). In this paper I will discuss the motivating factors that appealed to purse my career in nursing.
