Motivation is considered as a psychological process which is based on emotions which help in directing towards action. Motivation at work is described as a strength that determines a particular type of behaviour which encourages the vigour of individuals towards a goal and leads them to behave in certain ways for achieving that goal.

This effective performance helps the organization to earn profit. In business, profit is considered as a crucial factor which is positively associated to the performance of employees. For making the business successful it is essential that the employees in the organization should perform up to their mark. Certain factors are such as motivation help in escalating the performance of employees. Motivational factor is vital for performance of employees (Georgellis, Iossa, Tabvuma, 2011).

High productivity: By linking rewards and business strategies lead to high productivity of employee. Employees will try to perform well in order to fulfil the business strategies. The employees should be rewarded on the basis of their performance and how far they have been able to understand the business strategies and objective.

High job satisfaction: Employees will be highly satisfied with job when they are being rewarded on the basis of targets they achieve. As a result employee performance should be evaluated on a regular basis and appraisals and promotions should be for employees who are deserving.

Low turnover: Employee low turnover can be stopped when the management understands the employee factors of motivation and consider them as real assets. As a result, the management should engage employees in all aspects of business and communicate with them effectively so they understand their role and importance in the organization. There are many challenges being faced by many companies in this competitive business environment. The main challenge being faced today is to acquire and retain the right workforce. Furthermore, human Asset is considered as important asset of the organization. For getting effective and efficient result from the workforce, human motivation is necessary.

High-quality work: High quality work is expected form employees in turn when the employees are rewarded well. Communication with employee plays an important role in this regard as employees are provided feedback form the management and they perform according to their work requirements. They will also perform well if they are considering their engagement and importance in the organization.
