According to the statistical analysis of data extracted through the sample of the study, it can be interpreted that there is positive and significant relationship between decision making and PSM. In this section of analysis, all variables representing PSM and the variable representing decision making were analyzed in order to extract valid results. After the analysis of data, it can be asserted that the sig values representing the relationship between decision making and PSM ranging from PSM1-PSM18 were less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be interpreted that hypothesis H1a is accepted as there is positive relationship between decision making and PSM.

H1b: Training is positively related to PSM
After measuring the first sub-part of H1, the analysis aimed to analyze the data in order to enlighten the relationship between training and PSM. Similar to the analysis conducted in the first section, all variables representing PSM were analyzed against 'training' in order to measure their relationship. According to the statistical analysis of data extracted through the sample of the study, it can be interpreted that there is positive and significant relationship between training and PSM. It can be interpreted that the sig values representing the relationship between training and PSM ranging from PSM1-PSM18 were less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be interpreted that hypothesis H1b is accepted which illustrates that there is positive relationship between training and PSM.

H1c: Teamwork is positively related to PSM
In this section of analysis, third sub-part of H1 is analyzed which illustrates that there is positive relationship between teamwork and PSM. In this section of analysis similar data analysis approach was adapted as in earlier sections. In this section of analysis the variables representing PSM were analyzed along with the variable representing 'teamwork' for measuring their correlation. After the analysis of the study variables via the implication of Chi-square, it can be interpreted that there is substantial relationship between teamwork and variables representing PSM. The alpha values representing every variable in this section of analysis are less than 0.05. Hence, it can be interpreted that hypothesis H1c can be accepted as there is positive relationship between teamwork and PSM.
