These solutions have lead to growth in the revenue generation, reductions in cost and enhancement in the experience of customer experience of ModusLink's valued customers. The company excels in providing tailored solutions to meet the specific business objectives of its clients. The services provided by the company include factory supply, postponement and configuration, repair and recovery, customer care, warehousing and fulfillment, returns management, e-commerce and digital rights management (ModusLink, 2012).

The underlying objective of the company is to help the clients with their expansion of their global value chains.
