Introduction

Employee relations are a vital part of workplace ethics, which often overlooked by the employer. With several exceptions, food restaurants usually have low wages for highly stressed jobs. Issues of scheduling are notorious in food restaurants, with employee working early morning shifts or double shifts to breaking the underpaying employees and overworking trends. To address this dilemma in a code of ethics may considerably have an effect on company's reputation among talented employees. Thus, this paper examines the risky jobs at Taco Bell, particularly in the light of ethics.
