Introduction
The success of any organization depends upon the performance of its quality human resources. The organizations that pay special attention to their human resource departments get ultimate success and growth among the competitors in the country. For any organization in the industry, whether it is small, medium or large organization, it is very essential that the human resource department involves effective management systems and the appropriate personnel. The human resource department must be highly skilled in dealing with the human resource management issues. Along with the recruitment and selection aspects in the human resource department, the controlling and monitoring systems are also important to keep the track record of the performances of the employees. According to Susan, E. Jackson, Randall, S. Schuler, Steve, W. (2011), there must be formal environment within the human resources area of the organization. The employees must have professional knowledge regarding their responsible positions and job descriptions.
In the given case study, the human resources manager has found that employees within the human resources department are less formal and they have very less information regarding the management aspects of the human resources. Another issue in the case study is that the employees in the department just consider themselves as the administrators rather than professional human resource. The case study also the reveals that the employees have not even attend any seminar relating to the human resources management. The human resource manager aims at making changes and improvements in the department so that the performances of the employees within the department can be improved and the overall performance of the department can be made effective. The following section aims at discussing various factors that are required to be improved within the department.
