The position of every employer in any organization is covered under the Employment Opportunity laws where employees must be kept save from discriminatory acts and provided everything from respect to work to remuneration equally as other employees get. Here, employees must be treated equally with respect to age, color, genetics or race and no one must be treated unfairly.
