Introduction

The development of agreement started originally with types of action based upon treaty and liability, almost correspondent to what we recognize today as contracts. In 'agreement' some contracts were observed as so imperative that they were formalized in written document. Also to this and certainly because of pervasive illiteracy, the concerned parties were requisite to recognize the written paper by sealing it.
