The case which is going to be discussed in this paper is related to model of ethical decision making. The basic purpose of this case study is to understand the ethical issues which are involved in decision making in an health care organization as ethics is one of the most important element which should be strictly followed in an organization which is committed to provide its health services to its patients in the most effective and efficient manner. The model of ethical decision making is discussed in detail in the discussion part of this paper (Cranford, Doudera & American Society of Law and Medicine 1984).

Ethical issues are considered the most important ones especially in health care organizations. The model of ethical decision making in an health care organization needs to have the following step.
Clarifying the ethical conflict
In this case it should be keep in mind that one should clarify the ethical conflict at the very initial stage so that the model of decision making can be followed smoothly and all steps can be effective performed. In the mentioned case it is important to clarify that in case if the patient is not turned around often it can result in severe results and the pain can even increase. It should also be mentioned that there are no benefits to the practitioner if the patient is turned which means that the benefit is all for the patient rather than anyone else. This will not only help the practitioner but it will also help the patient and his relatives to decided which course of action should be chosen in order to proceed further (Pera 2005).
Identify All of the Affected Stakeholders and Their Values
In the second step it is important to mention that the practitioner should identify the people who will be affected by the decision and in what manner they will be affected. Their values should also be kept in mind as it will help in making the decision more effective and ethical.
Understand the Circumstances Surrounding the Ethical Conflict
The most important thing is to understand the current circumstances including the surrounding.
