Misperception of an individual

I had the opportunity to meet one of my colleagues, Jones during my visit to Spain. We both had worked for same organization. At that particular time, he used to be some what arrogant and thus I created a kind of misperception about his personality. But after an interactive session with him, I realized that I was wrong.
