Introduction

In connection with the special character of the responsibilities of the military, they are granted privileges, guarantees and compensations. The special nature of duties is that they are connected with the preparations for armed protection and directly with the armed defense against external aggression. Discussion

The basic meaning of appointment of legal guarantees is the creation of state institutions, which would be defended and protected the rights and freedoms of citizens from any abuse was. The mechanism of realization of security depends on a number of conditions. First, it is the competence of the State, expressed above all in matters arising in connection with possession of a constitutional right, and especially with its implementation. Secondly, the establishment of liability of officers and citizens for the improper exercise of the rights and freedoms and, in contrast, for the admission of abuse at the same time should be given.

Third, it is procedurally remedial order to protect and restore the violated rights and disadvantaged. The authorities assigns a special role in protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, they are the guarantor of rights and freedoms, issuing decrees aimed at protecting the legal status of the individual.. In addition, the function of legal protection is realized in the activities of the competent state authorities, local government, executive power, including military command and control, to establish and operationalize the freedoms and responsibilities, and privileges, guarantees and compensations arising from the peculiarities of the military service.
