Introduction

Anthropology is the science of humanity; it is the study of the evolutionary and biological history concerning the Homo sapiens along with the feature of the society, and culture which distinguishes human beings from other living things on the earth (Hayes, 2003). The issue of migration along with integration and diversity are the agendas under debate between voluntary organizations and the policy makers of the country. Due to the national sympathies, political and economical rights along with privileges of the citizen all gets mixed up in this debate concerning migration, even after years it is a area which is under fire and highly consented. Organizations working for well-being of these migrants have to place themselves beside the barricade of ideology. In anthropology migrant communities are the communities that bind the elements of migration along with the development nexus( Gupta & Ferguson, 2001). These communities include Diasporas, migrants and refugees. It also includes people who are looking for asylum. In anthropology locality is contextual to a certain extent than being scalar or spatial; locality is withering a town, a city or a neighborhood. Produce in accordance of anthropology is the transformation of natural goods into a form which is suitable for the use of human beings (Akyeampong, 2000, pp.183-215).

In anthropology it is off essential importance for a migrant community to devise a strong policy for them, which includes the passing of laws which will address the problems of the people living in the community. In the development of these policies all the members of the community should be involved, so that the committee listens to the views of everyone. The policy should be beneficial for everyone; in the making of this policy not only the members of the community are involved along with them the organizations that work or the well-being of the migrant communities also play a major role in the development of the policy.

In anthropology the development of locality of a migrant community, serve as a base for the community to organize itself, it is often at the main issues of the community, which affect everyone in the society. It effects the economic development along with public health of the community. The main aim of the community is develop the ability of the community to satisfy the need of the community and its people. Migrant communities should organize small projects related to the welfare of the community. This helps in promoting and developing a sense of community among the migrants residing in the community.
