Before the discussion start, first thing which need to be clarified is that Microsoft Access is database management software. This application is used to enter, find, report and sort the information that is stored in the database. It is also to mention here that MS Access is relatively easy to use as compared with other software. It also integrates with other office products for improved performance (Coronel et al., 2013).
