Introduction
The word 'Meta-cognition' maybe unfamiliar to most of the people however, an undeniable veracity is that it holds great importance especially in influencing ones social behavior. It is defined as cognition about cognition (Louca, 2008, p. 13), a reflection about an action or knowledge about knowledge. Meta-cognition reveals the procedure by which we observe and regulate our own thinking processes. When Meta cognition is practiced on others it is considered as mentalizing (Frith, 2012, p. 2220).
