Introduction

The word 'Meta-cognition' maybe unfamiliar to most of the people however, an undeniable veracity is that it holds great importance especially in influencing ones social behavior. It is defined as cognition about cognition (Louca, 2008, p. 13), a reflection about an action or knowledge about knowledge.
