Introduction

In the current scenario, the business world is going through various dynamics. The executives in leading these businesses are well aware of the market trends, as it is a necessity for the successful achievement of the business objectives. An interview was conducted by six executives from the energy industry: “John Gibson, Neville Henry, David Johnson, John Olson, Matt Simmons and Tom Fry”, related to the industrial trends (YouTube, 2007).
