ABSTRACT
The incidence of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) has proliferated all through the world encompassing all parts of our humanity, both municipal and developed, personal and public. However, the most (60-80%) of them manage not come to their proposed objectives due to the detail that the amalgamating organizations manage not recognize the influence of neglecting the human resouice factor. Although they correctly consider and address the economic and lawful matters, they constantly overlook this significant factor.
The present publications suggests what organizations should manage to turn around these at odds consequences and how to rightly address the human assets issues. This study searches for to ascertain this list of suggestions, in the convention of a unified convention, using the lone case study method.
