I completed the mental status exam and conducted the interview first. After conducting interview, I observed the person. She displayed a lot of tensions, and seemed to be very defensive and paranoia. She thinks that everyone hates her, and everyone wants to get her. She held on to the stance that she initially took. She was concrete in her responses to my questions.
