Mental health is the welfare state resulting from the functional interaction between the person and their environment, and the harmonious integration in being a host of factors, among which found, their perception of reality and interpretation of it, their primary needs regarding biological impacts and how to meet those needs (Ohns, 2004). There potential psychic, mental and spiritual health and how to raise them to their highest level.
