Introduction

Most of us view life as a gift, or something precious and this belief then clouds our judgment to any contradicting situation. Just because, person feels fine and happy with their life, does not mean that it is that way for us all. Whether or not one person can empathize with another is very different from having to walk a mile in their shoes. People with mental disabilities have the same rights and freedoms as other human beings and there are international standards that protect these people, especially because of their particular condition of vulnerability and powerlessness (Weinberg, 2003, 187). In this paper, we are analysing ethical and rights of people with mental illness because it is essential to devote a space to analyze the ethical and the rights of people with mental health problems. It Strengthen the therapeutic community intra-hospital health care based mental ethics and human rights, promote human dignity of institutionalized persons, encourage outreach to people with health problems mental rights that legally attend and bodies to which recourse in cases of violation of those rights, and Foster teamwork to reinforce positive changes in the dynamics labour and improve the care of people with health problems mental.

Ethics

To address the issue of ethics in mental health is necessary to build a bridge between the theoretical considerations and the legal regulation. Ethics is an expression of culture is a form of domination of reason over instinct. Rationally, man and human societies have been established values, both individual and social. From there have been derived moral duties, in general, have been coincident dog that collect the various legal systems, in fact, ethical values are entered in the law. Normal lifestyle and share in the benefits of the state (Stevenson, & Fletcher, 2002, 29). These efforts include measures to increase the chances of more people living a normal health life with full mental well being and stability. Mental health is positive mental health by increasing psychological well-being, competence and resilience and by increasing supportive living conditions and environments.
