SUBJECT: Cell Phones will not be Permitted in Exam Rooms

College is a place where all the students gather and learn from their teachers for their bright future. Students are tested on the basis of their examination papers. Since, I have noticed that students are not sincere with their work and are not dedicated towards studies and take exams very lightly and try to cheat in them with different techniques and ways. I am fully aware from all your techniques, ideas and ways to cheat.

I want to make every single student in Ontario ...
