As you all know that we have planned to move to our new office on next Thursday. It was basically decided to make it two days before like Monday or Tuesday but due to some planned visits by managers on these days, we have changed the date of shifting. Therefore, it was finally decided the new day as mentioned above for the smooth operation of transfer from current office to new building.
