The firm which has been selected for the research is Nokia. Nokia is the largest mobile seller in the world as well as an IT and multinational communications corporation. The company manufactures cell phones and portable IT devices. In the past five years, Nokia had experienced a lot with the market share when other companies like Google and Apple introduced android operating systems and smartphones. Apple iPhone used the android operating system of Google. These things never get applied to the devices made by Nokia as it had suffered a lot regarding market share.
