I have read the advertisement regarding a vacancy for Financial Manager at your company. I have a very strong will to pursue my career in the field of finance. The growth in this field is tremendous. I will be happier to grow with a company which has a strong name in the market and has a rich history of success and accomplishments. Your company is among the top employers of United States, and I wanted to be a part of the team which is on top in the market.

I have a passion for finance. I have completed my MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and am currently employed at an Investment Bank. My financial Knowledge is my strength. Since my school days, I have been reading articles, magazines and newspaper in order to increase my financial knowledge about current world affairs. My financial concepts are strong and I regularly enhance my concepts by reading about new developments in the financial market. This helps me to keep myself up to date with the latest developments in conventional financial concepts. In my free time, I used to blog at my financial blog. This helps me in developing my knowledge because many viewers respond to my blogs some criticize while some enhance my view point. Altogether my thirst for knowledge has helped me to attain a high level of knowledge regarding financial instruments and concepts. My other strengths are; I am an excellent team leader and a team player. I have received an accolade for Best Team and Team Lead in my current company. I am very flexible when it comes to changes which are productive. I do not resist change because I believe that the only thing, which is constant, is change. I have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Along with strengths follows some weaknesses. My weaknesses are that I am a very strict supervisor and do not accept any delays in tasks assigned to my subordinates. They are free to do the work in any way they like, but it should be according to the specifications provided and on time. I give chances to people who are somehow unable to meet there deadlines if they have a genuine reason or not.

I would welcome any training provided to enhance my skills in order to fit into the culture ...
